Personally, I think that cannabis is not as healthy as meditation, exercise, etc but much safer than alcohol, anti-depressants, drugs…
Told the step-kids that marijuana is the beer of my generation. Not an evil gateway drug, but something adults do to relax after work.
How do you define drug addiction? Seeking relief from outside the self? If that’s the case, then mother’s milk is the first gateway drug.
California’s “compassionate cannabis” law allows people to get a doctor’s note to grow two plants or possess a small amount as medicine.
I refused to “get legal” for the longest time. Didn’t want to abuse a good law to skirt a bad one. Some people really need their cannabis.
Political fulcrum now is shifting over to those safely using marijuana. So, many pay for the lightweight Dr. exam. “Get Legal” they say.
The marijuana dispensaries that I’ve seen all seem to be decorated like a poor college student’s dorm. Not sure why they can’t change that. [Have long-since decided that the less available to be carted off by authorities, the less inevitable loss]
