Age: 56

Questioning exam: Right-side elbow pain due to the injury for 6 months

Pulse exam: Wiry pulse

Tongue exam: Normal

OM Diagnosis: Qi and blood stagnation

Treatment Principle: Move qi and blood

Point Prescription: Auricular acupuncture on Elbow and Shenmen (Ear tags)

Herbal Formula: None

Lifestyle Prescription: None

Results: Patient had a strong sensation on Elbow point and she had to take the pin out 24 hours later due to the discomfort. However, after the withdrawal of the pin, there was no sign of infection and pain was instantly disappeared at the site. A few days later, the patient called me and said the pain on her elbow had decreased significantly.
